It's facinating how a video can be 1000 times more helpful than the dealer thanks to this video I finally got the light reset after 3 months since the services where performed.

Rygor commercials failed to reset my sprinter service indicator. They emailed me instructions to follow which missed out the 3 second bit. Thank you for this excellent video, which as captain beetroot says below is right apart from rhs buttons fro rhs drive vehicle. Thanks once again

Just might be worth mentioning that for the markets where they are Right hand drive you use the buttons on the right side of the wheel instead. The Home button and menu button. 👍

So I tried this in my 2021 Sprinter 3500 and I did get the Assyst menu option which I selected by the it took me to the Service A which was past due. I could not get it to move to your described menu when switching off the ignition. I tried several times from the beginning and always stopped at the Service A past due. Any ideas or hints would be appreciated as I did a manual oil change and need to reset the counter/reminder.

@@ServiceResetMyCar I will try again. However, When I turn on the Sprinter and hit the 'Home' button for 3 seconds, nothing happens. I have to tap the 'Home' button to get the horizontal menu and then select 'Service'. Then I scroll down with center button to 'Assyst Plus' but on clicking the center button for that option it only shows me the 'Service A past due' notice and I cannot scroll up or down inside that option.

ok so just tried liek 3-4 times again. Here's what I discovered, 1) the trip menu must be shown prior to hitting the 'Home' button 2) hold down Home button 1-2 seconds and then while holding it down, hit the center select button 3) scroll down to 'Assyst Plus' option 4) select 'Assyst Plus' option and hold it down while pressing the 'Ignition On' 5) Tap the center button again and this will then take you to the 'Full Service' menu

Thank you for the guide. It does not work on my Citan Tourer V420 even if they have same dash / same menu. I can access to the menu Vehicle data, brake pad and assyst plus but when it displasy "for Assyst plus" turn the ignition on and i turn ignition on the menu disappears instaed of going to "service data / full service"page... would appreeciate if you could help and thanks for the great job you do!🤗

I think in the 2019, the display is a little different. Hold it for 5 seconds to see if works, if not find another video that's exclusively for the 2019 model.
