Thanks for another great video. Once you changed to the LEDs did you get any messages? On the older Sprinters if you switched certain bulbs to LED, you would get a blown bulb message due to the significant drop in amperage. Any such difficulties with the fog light bulb replacement? Thanks again for the informative and well done videos.

Does your fog light go off and on when you turning ? Mine does that not sure why , I have 2022 Mercedes sprinter. Thanks 🙏

yes they do, it is called 'cornering lights' and I am showing it at 8:31 in the video- Depending on speed, setting the blinker or turning the steering wheel, the foglight into the direction you are turning goes on so you can better see into the turn. if you don't like it, you can turn the main light switch to the ON position (from AUTO) which will stop the cornering light function

@@orange13 Somehow, I can't turn mine off. Even when I switch it to ON, my turning fog light still works. The only way to stop it is to turn the fog light on, or when the sun comes out.

I checked the manual of my 2020 and your 2022 and in both cases, it doesn't say the cornering lights would only work in AUTO. so, according to the manual, yours work correctly and mine - where i can switch cornering lights off with the light switch is NOT set to AUTO - is wrong

@@orange13So I called Mercedes, and they told me to push the signal switch out when it's in auto. Then, the function of the cornering light will be off. I tried it and it works.

Did you get any codes on the dash ? I did mine with a led on Amazon and even with a canbus module I would still get a light out code

to my knowledge, the ones from Osram/Silvania don't come in yellow. However, a lot of other brands make yellow H11 LED bulbs. If they work as good as the Osram bulbs I can't say, of course

But you do know this is less effective in the fog correct? The reason halogens are used or a more yellow light is used it is able to make visibility significantly greater in fog by replacing these with LEDs your visibility will be drastically reduced. I recommend looking into yellow LEDs if you are going the full LED route. But regardless those look great!!!!
