Sure, the body is aluminum. but the frame is steel. And everywhere the aluminum touches the steel it’ll be rotted away both the steel and the aluminum.

You can have this too for the low low price of $250k. After you acquire such a fine specimen you will then promptly park it in your beverly hills garage and only take it to the local starbucks drive through on saturday mornings.

I mean its cool, but you cant beat an original classic. Us Brits love an old landy. I like people creating their prefered vehicles but personally original land rovers cant be beat... just luv em

In the bush of Africa, they commonly use these in the field. Easily serviceable, parts are easy to get, very capable off-road, and much preferred over Toyota land cruisers. ❤

Actually Series 3 doors and door tops are steel. I know this because mine are rusted😭

the frame on the other hand turns to Swiss cheese if you live Anywhere with salt. and that MB engine swap is pretty common is South Africa, and no salt helps on that.
