Mercedes W111 Coupe S55 AMG Swap

Swapping a 2001 Mercedes S55 AMG M113 V8 and 722.6 auto into a 1966 250SE coupe without modifying the body. Running on Haltech Elite 2500 and OFGear. Project took about 4 weeks total.

I put an M113 and 6-speed in a 124 wagon a few years ago and it was fantastic.

Amazing build, so you used the stock manifolds, and they cleared the steering box fine with the engine at a tilt? Im doing this in the UK to a W108

Stock fuel tank with an external Bosch in-line fuel pump like you'll find on most older Mercedes.

Yes I installed a Haltech Elite 2500 ECU and built a customer wiring harness integrating it with the engine harness and body harness and tuned it from scratch.

I have not yet done an M156 swap but have several planned. I expect it will be much more difficult than M113.
