Very interesting! I always thought it was a slight malfunction of my cold start system that I had to rev it like you did at 1:25 to make the idle lower down a bit after letting it heat up for a few minutes.

Well some times it does lower rpms by itself, I cant recall now but there is a spring mechanism there, so if while cold you raise the rpms few times it should drop down by itself later.

Eso en mi auto (Argentina) tiene un sistema que se llama climático, es un espiral dentro de una tapa al costado va una conexión que viene del caño de escape y a medida que va tomando temperatura el motor actúa el sistema climático. Ya que no tiene cebador automático El carburador es de la marca CARTER.

Hi, I think I used this set from meat and doria www.meat-doria.com/product_meat/S14G , you might want to try with that. as far as I know you can't buy a new one, only rebuilt ones.
