Mercedes W213 System Reset Cluster LCD Disaster

I made a disaster to my car. I entered the dealer menu by pressing the vehicle icon for ten seconds. Then I played around for a while and, in the end, I did factory reset. This caused the following options /systems to disappear from the car...
Blind Spot sensors
360 cameras
Sound system ( no sound at all from any source)
Android auto
Apple car play
Ambient lighting
Dipped beam
Intelligent lighting system
Park pilot
Forward collision avoidance
Engine data
Vehicle data
And maybe more.
If you have any clue please advise

I did this on my Eclass, and you're correct. Nothing needs to be replaced. They have to run a software patch to restore the "connection" to the head unit. All of the features still work, but the headunit won't register the functions. The software patch at the dealer took about 2 hours real time. I literally just had this done a couple of days ago. When you go in, just tell them that you need a software patch.

@basitrajpoot1394 still under warranty for me. It shouldn't be more than an hour or 2 of labor, though. Mine took longer because they had to figure out what was going on first.

Sorry did not know this thing happened to you, Best solution is go back to dealer to get it fixed by their tool. If warranty expired: just ask them do one SCN online coding of your Comand system, usually they charge around $100-200. If still under warranty, free. If your dealer really can not help like you experienced, or ask you change this and that: cheapest way to solve this issue is: buy one enet cable ($10-20 off ebay or Amazon) and a windows laptop (if you don’t have, $99 from Walmart), then look for a Mercedes remote coder ($100-200 for their service fee). Like 10-20 min job done.

I did the same thing in 2016 and took it to a Mercedes dealership in Colindale NW9 London. it was under warranty and they fixed that for free. apparently, they run a software patch to restore it back to normal. they did not replace a physical part anyway.

I mistakenly did this, too.. you have to go to the dealer so they can run a software patch.

I am having the same issue now. Steering wheel adjustments stopped functioning and I have found an information about doing reset would fix the problem. I did system reset from the dealer menu and many features are gone as you mentioned. Just click one button and damage to the car is horrible. I do not know what to do now. I have tried to reach out to benzninja, filled out the rent form etc, no response. I have an appointment from the dealership for the next week. If anyone have a solution, please comment here. I live in Los Angeles so let me know if any place can fix this issue.

dealerships always trying to screw the very people who keep them alive let me tell you this one other time i sold my 2000 S500 to my uncle and i installed lowering links when i got the car but he didn't like them whet to the dealership and they told him someone cut the springs and would need to replace all 4 ? can you believe that i told my uncle you have air shocks on that car and they couldn't be cut ever !!!!

I had to buy a non expensive laptop plus a special hard drive with all programs and a modular to connect to the car obd and plus his lifetime fee everthing came up to arround 900 us dollars and I get to keep my laptop and programs for future events
