Mr.Ranjot Barot himself is a musical genius. I became a music composer after listening to Roja. I was 7 then. But another main inspiration was always Ranjit Barot. It's a pity the Tamil film industry at the Time didn't know how to "use" his talents and missed another musical genius.

To learn you have to empty yourself - Epic line from the maestro ARR. Ranjit Barot is very famous drummer in world music - I did not know that before. He and Siva Mani are 2 greats who perform along with AR Rehman in his live shows.

It was a pleasure to watch Ranjit play with AR Rahman at SSE Wembley Arena London on 8-07-17. I never seen a concert with 2 drummers at either ends of stage, well balanced. My heart was thumping good from the beginning. Woa! What a performance with AR Rahman.. Such a talented man.. One of my disappointment was almost 65% songs were in Tamil songs. Pity no emphasis were given for Hindi famous songs which I cannot understand. My be one day i get to see you perform in India. Thank you your fan from UK ♥ ❤ ❥ ❣ ❦ ❧
