How did that nuke happen in the distance if you didn’t shoot it???

caused movement and took off during the bomb release, as a result, after movement, you observe a nuke:)

You can from memory mark the area for Nuke and then fast travel to a location near by, so the black water or simular I think they'll called you could Nuke them and travel to the safe house and still catch it. There's a just one way I know worked
