Thanks. It’s a decent company overall. Just like most things it’s what you make of it. Most people fail due to their business model not because of the company.

How you liking Mercer compared to Landstar. Are their rates picking up

They both have their pros and cons. I like them both equally. Mercer still has that small, but big company feel. Landstar has higher volume of loads. Mercer isn’t as strict. They both have about the same fuel discounts. From what I can see landstar has better tire discounts.
