I have this aspect. Mercury in Virgo and Mars in Sagittarius. I call it my savage aspect. Tongue is razor sharp. Before I didn’t really speak up. As I got older, I learned to say how I felt, basically no filter. It is never intentional to come out so aggressive. My tone is very hard. The sailor mouth yessssssss, lol. It’s built in so that’s something I’m trying to work on 🙄😩🤦🏻‍♀️ this is a very tough aspect. I’m always getting tested by others and before I respond I do take a while to get back. I know I can spit daggers so I don’t want to say something that will cut the other person. The word “mindful” has definitely become a repetitive word in my mind when speaking.

I have Aries Mercury, Mercury square mars, and Chiron in the 3rd. As I kid, I used to get bullied a lot and I never spoke up for myself. But as I got older, and people started to do things I faced as I kid, my patience when it comes to tolerating people slowly started to dimension. Im very self and socially aware, way more mature than my actual age because of past hurts. But I noticed it’s not necessarily me being the rude defensive one and not “thinking before I speak,” it’s literally others around me feeling intimidated, misunderstanding me or just flipping it in general and playing the victim. it’s like people question my leadership or my communication even when I do nothing but just exist. with the impatience though, I can agree 100% that’s me. I work best alone and prefer to do everything independently.

I have this aspect- it’s my strongest aspect at .7 degrees. Mercury in Aries at 0 degrees in first house. Mars in Capricorn in 10th house at 1 degrees. I’ve been gaslighted a lot from infancy and used to be very quiet as a kid, but in the past few years my voice went into “raunchy aggressive” like you said after a trauma; I turned into a human volcano😂. I’ll be working to calm down and stop speaking so impulsively; it’s hard!! Especially when my emotions are strong. I hope to someday master this aspect.

I have this but mercury in Pisces and Mars in Gemini but I’m only confident to comeback online with typing were I can take my time to digest and process everything so I can ensure I can win vs irl on the spot I blank out and obsess over the fact on what I should of said for days on end. I have learned to pick and chose my battles carefully and people easily piss me off so I just dissociate if they do bc conflict causes me to have panic attacks. I have this aspect... I can relate a lot to this, but there's also ways in which my experience is different. Maybe because my Mars and Mercury are in houses that supposedly are uncomfortable for them? My Mars is in Taurus in the 6th house, my Mercury is in Leo in the 9th house, in the same degree than my Chiron. This is how I feel: - I do have an overly active mind, but I'm very disperse and all over the place. I'm smart and I love learning but I have a hard time concentrating or memorising technical things, because my mind is not linear and I'm both detail oriented and obsessed with the deep meaning of things, so... Basically, I'm not very practical with time when it comes to study. - I am indeed very expressive with my verbal and non verbal language, yes. I do talk with my hands, I can be impulsive when it comes to speaking/expressing my opinions. I am opinionated and super honest. But my voice is kinda girly, sweet? Basically, I sound like a child. However, it's true I would get loud when I was happy or excited or emotional, when I'm talking about something that matters to me, specially when it comes to values. But it's not out of anger, I just get passionate. I don't get angry easily though. - I do enjoy having discussions, deep long conversations and understanding other people's feelings and perspectives... However, I hate fighting. I don't like conflict. I don't like cursing. I don't need to always win an argument, I'm more of the... Mediator type? I like reaching an agreement or a middle ground, although often that ends up being impossible. - I get hurt by words often bc there was a lot of emotional/verbal agression in my family and close environment. It's taken me a long time to not waste time with the type people who will never admit they may be wrong or who lack empathy. - I would admit... I've noticed I generally can be pretty friendly and open minded but I have a compulsive need to defend people who are under-represented in an argument, even if their position is not mine... As if I need everyone's to be listened to. - I also had a fear of speaking up when I was young. It was really hard to learn to speak up. I'm more confident now, I'm more persuasive too. I think it's all about learning how to express yourself so your feelings, ideas or intentions would come out the right way. I used to get misunderstood all the time. - I have some language quirks? For example, I mix words (antonyms or different languages) sometimes without noticing. I used to have a complex... I had a tendency to laugh out of pure anxiety and nerves sometimes... Laughing in your professor face or start to answer before they finish the question, at a public exam, it's pretty embarrassing and not a good idea.

@@MystiqueStar It's been important to me to learn how to make sure I come across the way I want to come across bc communication with people is important to me and because many things I do are motivated by "trying to help" or "trying to connect with others"... The rest of my inner planets are all in Cancer & Virgo, maybe it's just the stereotypical Cancer sensibility or whatever 🤷🏽‍♀️ I do agree it takes a lot of energy and I've also learned to care less about what other people think or say about me, but at the end of the day, I still care about making an effort to at least improve this aspect when it comes to people I'm close to.

Mercury in 12th house sagittarius square mars in 9th house virgo. People find that my voice is too soft to hear and i always need to speak loudly when communicating. Maybe bcos my mercury is in the 12th house? 😅 Yes i have a fear of speaking out my thoughts to people. When i was young my mom always told me to not speak my thoughts out for it will cause other ppl to judge. But as i grew up, im learning to speak my mind more by posting on social media but i try to keep things light when speaking to someone in real life. I like writing. I think it depends on how your mercury is placed in the 12th house. I have my mercury in virg. placed in the 12th house (2 degrees close to my 1st house cusp, conjuncting my ascendant) and it squares pluto. You also have to look at your 2nd and 3rd house, because those houses also tells you about your voice tone of speaking.
