Just had customs made for my IEM's slightly different purpose I know, but I love them. Mine came with a little vile of "comfort balm!" They fit my Shure SE215 earbuds so would work well in a bike lid too I suppose.

Hi Murt glad to hear you're getting on with them. I've given up on my custom earplugs (won't mention brand) as don't find them comfortable especially in one ear (and they tried remoulding) I'm using cheap £20 ones atm but might try mercury Cheers Paul

Morning Paul. Shame you had problems with your ear plugs. I used to use disposable ones, but got my old set made at BMF years. Mercury were kind enough to give these to me free of charge. I’d love to know what the other people think! Thank you for your message. Murt 🏍️💨

Interesting to see these, I tend to just use foam disposable on long motorway journeys. I've never gone down the custom route as we use coms a lot, and I do wonder how they would affect that.

You can get them with speakers built in. But then I have never used coms, or listen to music while riding. So can’t comment. I just want to go def! I’d love to know what custom fit guards are like! 😁🏍️💨💨

@@the_mad_leprechaun don't buy the music ear plugs, UP3's £340, the units are cheap Chinese rubbish, have sent mine back due to music quality being crap. Their customer service is diabolical no update information or receipt confirmation. Go to the professionals like ultimate ears, yes more money but far better quality.

Got mine a couple of years ago from Mercury at the nec..I only use them on the motorways. And I find them a pain in the backside to get out lol

I just got mine , I’ve tried them on a couple of rides and although the block out loads , my ears were killing me after a hour or so - not sure if I got them installed properly

I think, this company has gone bust. I had two set made, a normal pair and a wired pair for listening to music. The wired ones stopped working properly, poorly made. Saw that at Peterborough, and they took them back promising to fix and returned. Never got them back, This company should not be used, unless with great diligence

I don’t think they have gone bust, but from what I can make out their communication with customers is not very good! Sorry to hear that you have been messed about! Murt

Had the same issue, they didn’t work so I ordered the blank caps which never arrived. 4 emails ignored, eventually got through on phone and sent them back for a refund. No response and I sent them by signed for delivery. So much for the returns guarantee they say you get when you’re getting them fitted. What a waste of £100

@it3127 unfortunately with Mercury ear protection this is an all too common issue! I can only speak as I find and review the product! But people like yourself posting your comments will hopefully help someone else! Sorry you had a bad experience. Murt
