Wow, great to know about the effects of chanting. I have a habit of sitting in temple precincts and chanting that particular deity’s sahasranaam. Also during a very difficult time in my life, I suddenly started chanting Rigvedic, Yajurvedic hyms in proper way without any training. Later got to know that my Grandfather was trained by a Guru to chant the same hyms during a very bad time in his life.

Hi Ekta, I'm sorry to hear that. I too faced a major health issue during Rahu mahadasha that started sometime during Sun's antardasha in 2016 and main impact probably happened during the next antardasha i.e. Moon's. By the time Moon antardasha ended, irreversible damage was done which has not improved even a bit till now! I lost 10 kg weight in span of 3 years without doing anything, and to this date no doctor or physician has been able to identify the underlying cause despite all tests. Actually I have Rahu-Moon conjunction in 6th house and lagna lord Mars closely combust with Sun in 11th house in D1 chart. I'm Aries ascendant. Can you share your D1 chart placements as well?

Sir, I agree with you. I have experienced practical beneficial effects of hearing Raag Darbari in my life. I had started reading Gopal Sahastranaam 12 years ago. It got instilled in my subconscious brain after 3/ 4 months of daily reading. Since then i stopped seeing and reciting. Since then i automatically recite without any conscious efforts. Any stotra since then i read daily, gets instilled in my subconscious. I believe that one has to do it daily with due interest to reach that state. I have Jupiter in 3rd house. By the way, for some time i have been thinking to how to relate the 7 major swaras to 7 planets and 12 swaras to 12 rashis(coincidentally Sa and pa have one fixed frequency like sun and moon rule only one rashi).... First of all by chance i watched another video of Budh retro yesterday afternoon. 1. I got a signed copy of a newly released book of my relative, the sign and happy reading message was with a green pen, right before watching this session. Never happened in my life. 2. I watched this video on a time that added to 3 - 10:47pm on a Wednesday 3. At night i was hearing consistent barks of *dogs*. 3. You shared the importance of Ragas in depth, I got time so in the morning around 6am, listened them, from your whatsapp channel, and guess what, even my parents were listening to them in the morning without me telling them to do so & neither they watch your videos 4. My Chemistry teacher in coaching first time came with a green background because his chroma was'nt working, and he discussed about astrology and why sangati is important in life in middle of the session. I was recently reading a book - THE MOUNTAIN IS YOU by brianna west . The author says " researches have shown that our gut is connected to the brain and is responsible for all the decisions that we term as " gut feeling " since it feels like they emerged from inside . As people would agree most of the decisions we take based on our gut feeling are always correct because the gut is actually connected to our subconscious brain . I am going through my ketu mahadasha and i was smiling while listening to deepanshu sir gut video here. All the decisions I have made in this dasha , including solving problems of my researches in profession came out from deep inside ( the gut :) ) . While solving a complicated logical problem , you naturally would engage your logical mind ( mercury ) , but during this dasha , all the solutions to my complex mathematics problem came from deep inside.The other most important thing is that this gut feeling will come after performing the action , not before it , as per the author.

Yep, the gut-brain axis is well established in Ayurveda as well. As Deepanshu sir indicated all this new research findings have been known to our rishis eons ago. I love how Deepanshu ji references ancient texts to explain modern findings. This was everyone can relate to what he is saying and he stay relevant.
