People max the one because: ranged poke, it was used to make the 2 3 and 4 better (Though I'm sure you know it doesn't do anything for the ult now) and I believe the protection buff has gotten buffed a lot over time. You should try claw shard on cama at level 4 if they are half hp your 1 auto 2 auto kills and most people don’t expect the increase power you get between your 1 at lvl 2 and the claw shard

I fought a Ra recently as nu-wa in dual and this man would not fight me for the love of anything, bro just kept running away from me whenever I tried to fight. Man got clapped whenever he actually had to try to fight me. He surrendered after two or three deaths and then messaged me afterwards to shit talk when he lost.
