Why on earth isn't this band in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame????

Not commercial enough...

They deserve it for sure, but music shouldn’t be like sports anyway.
@chriswick79872 жыл бұрын
I kinda think music doesn’t need to be like sports. I can understand baseball players and rating stats and all, but that stuff doesn’t apply to musicians/music. Or at least it shouldn’t IMO
@allensaunders4492 жыл бұрын
The hall is a crap organization that's why. Bon Jovi is in but bad company isn't for ex.
@vladtepes972 жыл бұрын
because they are a good band. they don't deserve the insult of being in any way associated with that vile rat nest. no self-respecting music act should. we're still disappointed that Rush accepted; however, they did that only because the fans wanted to stick it to rolling stone magazine. lifeson's speech perfectly expressed what every music fan feels about that hall of so-called fame.

One of my favorite concerts --- August 13, 1978 Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) Front row seats right in front of Ian McDonald (caught a Fender 355 pick he tossed into the crowd) They opened with a black curtain holding back a full stage of fog that rolled over us as the curtain went up and Mick rang out the riff to Long, Long Way From Home, and the light rack over the entire stage elevated upward. One of the best openings ever.
