Doesn’t seem like a contract was signed. I don’t care if I used a booking system as a future bride I required a signed written contact from my MUA with the confirmed date and time AND cancellation terms. The terms should include the acceptable scenarios for last minute cancellation (sickness, “acts of God” like a hurricane, flooding etc.). Not only that, it should include who the backup MUA will be in the case of cancellation. 99% of these stories are a result of no contracts!!

I agree there were so many red flags. If trying to find a make-up artist 30/60 days before your wedding seems hard imagine trying to do it hours before your wedding 💥! The bride followed all the steps in the contractual agreement from booking 90 days ahead, a trial run, confirming, etc. while the cover up lady did nothing more than cover up! Going to God only made her appear devious & disloyal. I hate to see this talented young woman outkast for her immmature, unprofessional behavior, thus, somebody on her team grab her and make her see just how "she plukked up." Your opinion is very appreciated! As a business anyone would love the high-end clientele and they would market themselves to attract said clientele. A professional person with morals and values would keep the prior engagement to stand on those beliefs. If she had said nothing the world would have saw her as a celebrity stylist n probably let it be; however, she got on social media pleading about morals, values and beliefs; very contradicting of her actions.
