I am a 16 year old Christian who is struggling with Anxiety and it is ruining my relationship with God. Today, Wednesday, May 29, 2024, I texted my Grandma asking her how she is able to put her faith and trust into God. She told me this was the song that was playing when I texted her that. I listened to it and realized that in the song it is somewhat asking how Jesus does what he does and why and it’s crazy that I asked my Grandma how she puts her faith and trust into God. She told me God probably would’ve wanted her to share the song with me and I’m glad she did. After listening I started bawling because of how connected I felt to the song and how the song kinda connected to what I asked my Grandma. I had never felt the feeling I felt when that happened. God and Jesus will always work in unexpected ways. This was no coincidence. I Love You Lord🙏❤️ and you too Grandma. Thank You Lord🙏❤️

I was confused and I thought I was following the Lord's will and I wasn't. I was making monsters mistakes, errors in judgment, chasing something I wanted but the Lord was saying no. How can the Lord bless me and take care of me when I so ardently, although unknowingly, disobeyed him, ignored his direction. I have confessed my sins I just don't know how he's going to save me this time. Two Bible verses come to mind. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. And the portion of the verse your ways are not my ways and your thoughts are not my thoughts. Help me Lord Jesus. I pay you going to those two verses by my fingertips. Even though I know that what I wanted is not God's will, I'm still kind of hoping it would come to pass.

It was 3 weeks ago that my dad left us. We never know why God allows things to happen. But know this. That when you get to heaven too that you will know why God took a loved one to heaven even though you weren’t ready for them to leave you. God will show you why it happened the way it happened. I know it’s hard to trust God in those circumstances when it hurts so much. Losing my dad has been the most painful experience of my life. But I put my faith in God that why it happened this way is what’s best. It sucks losing my dad 3 weeks ago today. But I know that God has what’s best for all of us. I still want my dad to be here to spend time with and play board games with. That God for every day that you are alive, and thank God for every day that your family and friends are alive too. Because any day anything can change.

Thank you for this amazing worship song. It literally tore me in two. What a timely song with current events. The Spirit of the Living God moves... I am dying from a rare illness that is shutting down my autonomic nervous system. It's not pretty and at times in truth I suffer unimaginably. I have to say that Elohim does indeed have me. It's me that often struggles with day to day faith. I have been a Christian political commentator for 12 years now. I have a deep abiding passion for ancient history (esp in regards to what transpired Geo-politcally around Judah and current Jews of today), Current events & understanding the backbone of the prophets & all the promises within. This song has taken on such significance in my life. I can’t understand why God would allow my dad to die so soon. This song is incredible. How do we make sense of the senseless? How do we recover from a bomb blowing your life to smithereens and the only thing that you have left is the debris of the life you used to have? My dad was a pastor for over 60 years. And married to my mom for over 66 years. My dad raised vegetables for a food bank in Fargo, North Dakota. Over the years my dad raised over a million pounds of vegetables for the food bank. And do you think that my dad picked those million pounds of vegetables by himself? Nope, VCSU has a program where freshman learn about volunteering and helping out people who are less fortunate than ourselves. They would bring bus loads of students out to my dads farm and have an absolute blast picking mostly squash and other vegetables too.

I was listening to I can only Imagine. , it came out 10 yrs ago, blew my heart away/ crushed my soul. I sang with it today and you know I still knew all the words like it was yesterday. no I have not gone astray. I am a child of God. I read a man who prayed in a river for no reason and saw the face of Jesus and he became a Christian. Then I said I have never seen His face in a river, so I listened to another song and to my surprise who shows up. the holy spirit loud and clear while I was singing along. Last Friday May 3,2024 my dad died. Today was one of his funerals, his other funeral is Saturday May 11, 2024. What do we do when it’s like a bomb going off and the only thing you have left is debris and that’s the rest of your life without your dad being a part of it. I think about all the things that I will never be able to do with my dad ever again as long as I’m alive. I’m single, and if I ever do get married I will never be able to introduce my bride to be to my dad. I will never be able to play any games with my dad ever. My dad never played any games just to have fun or so that one of his kids could feel good about themselves. With his kids that never happened. Grandkids and other people, yes he would do that, but his kids, no. This hurts so bad.
