Story: (AU)
Derek and Meredith works at the same hospital and Derek's secretely in love with Meredith but he's afraid of telling her. He's always there to comfort her when she's sad, and he truly loves her.
"You don't even know my name"
One day he takes the courage to tell her that. Meredith gets confused and all that, but as it turns out she feels the same for him.
Shortly after that she tells him that she's moving.
