Hey Jason. How long are you planning on baiting us with Bellarke and not following through? I'm at the point where I don't think it will ever happen, but now I just wonder where all that character development went. Notice how the best seasons were 1, 2 and 4? And how the worst seasons were 3 and 5, coincidentally the seasons in which Clarke and Bellamy were separated/at odds? Notice how neither of them could have long-term relationships in seasons 1, 2 and 4, but definitely had them in seasons 3 and 5, when they were apart? I just want to know.. what was the point of a romantic set-up if it's obviously not going to happen.

Season 5 was great, season 3 wasn't the best but still good, aaaand bellarke shouldn't happen, they're prefect as friends

By the way season 3 wasn't bad, it was appreciated because of the relationship between Lexa and Clarke, unfortunately it got worse because of Lexa's death but is still enjoyable. Season 5 is not one of the best only because it was meant to be the definitely end of the chapter. Earth had to be left. There was nothing left to do. Now waiting for a new start

Bellarke shouldn't happen. If the show makes Bellarke the endgame of all this it's to please the fans that want it. It won't move the story forward and at this point Bellarke wouldn't make sense. Some betrayals you can never get over. You can forgive them but the damage is done. If Bellarke happens I'm done with the show

@@kimw8056 If a show is written to revolve around a certain relationship, with romantic subtext, there are going to be people who will want to see it happen. In a situation like that, making it happen is just a form of being consistent with the subtext that you write. Sorry if it just so happens to also "please the fans". The show is structured around their relationship. When they're apart, they find other romantic partners. When they're together, they circle around each other in either utter devotion or utter betrayal. That is code for "special relationship", which is used in mythology to signify an ideal pairing. A coming-of-age story requires them each to grow as people so that they can be together. If Jason turns his back on that because it isn't edgy enough, I'm going to blame the hipsters like yourself for convincing him that he's not sufficiently 'woke'.
