We are Sindhis, we also make this achar. My children love it. My mother makes it with sarson ka oil, adds yellow crushed mustard and mustard seeds as well. According to us Sindhis, this is the best achar 😊

Ruby asal mein Ammi ko kahti toh woh jarur Sarson ya Seaseme oil use karte❤ we prepare cauliflower, peas, chii, carrot, beetroot combination pickle but its made in small quantity as ot lasts for a week.
