The shoulder straps are in a bad position, they must always attach to the top/edge of the bag, it will ensure that the bags lays flat and puts even pressure on the back. In you bag it is attached lower, it will pull away for the upper back and you don’t get the same confidence or posture as with the ones attached to the edge
