I was so amazed by your talk kayayal because I am a homoeopathic physician and you talked what is said in homoeopathic philosophy. I could totally relate what you said . Homoeopathy treat the cause . But it's sad people think Homoeopathy is just for hair fall and pimples. Homoeopathy understand humans to the core and hence mericel happens

I would ask people to avoid using words like "modest" while assessing intellectual content that women create. It unconsciously confines aspiring ladies into moulding their content into the same. Us ladies are a blessing in this world especially those of us who speak from the depths of our wisdom. Once we stop owning such shallow labels, we reject the conditioning and rise ❤.

People also don't want to let go of their pain because feeling good and healthy would mean taking responsibility and growing. Very few people want to take responsibility and grow because it's uncomfortable. This has been a huge realization for me recently. 🙏

I really love the way she explains and the best part is yeah Hindi mein zyada explain karke bolti hai warna bohot seh log puree tym english mein hi bolte with big vocabularies jargon . Mujhe behad acha lagta hai inka podcast sunna kyuki unhone alternative bhi diya ki everyone can choose their own way to recover not necessary ki therapist ke pass jaana hai . Life ka simple mantra hai except everything in your life with positive attitude and try to overcome it with your inner strength and thought it's not that difficult as people think . Thankyou

Going through a harsh divorce, having not seen my 5 years old son since last 2 years and fighting the legal system, which is completely rigged against men. Still undergoing therapy for depression, as I still feel haunted, as I am not being able to be present in my son's life. It's agonizing and painful. I can not tell you how hard the section "Universe shows you signs" hit me. So thank you.

Mam aap jo bol rhi m wo kuch bhi nhi krti hu..... i had same routine you are telling since my childhood.....i was in Navodaya School, where they set my natural body clock, i used to it...i am an introvert indeed😊 But home sickness and one heart break ruined my mental health at it's worst, i spoiled 8 years in this.. Although i am in govt since after my college, but m not happy with life.... always felt lonely in this era of materlism.... Finally now i took help of therapy and meditation, it's not a lack of routine, it's a complex process, hit everyone different way.... Loss of loved one, loss of purpose....Most Disciplined person can also feel loneliness of peak level😊
