@PaulHFilms LaToja makes a great stick. Their cream in a tube was really nice. It's a pity they've discontinued it. I love sugar snap peas. One of my preferred ways to serve them is to make a succotash with sugar snaps and sweet corn. It works just as well with frozen veg as with fresh. Plenty of recipes online.

Good Morning Paul, the future is a nice looking razor just not one I can get on with. Beautiful flowers by Mrs H as ever. My SOTD will be Pearl flexi razor, Euromax platinum blade, Yaqi 30mm tuxedo brush, Lea classic shave cream, Floid suave aftershave and Nivea revitalising aftershave balm. MOTD will be Roast Chicken, Roast potatoes cauliflower peas and carrots with lashentoes of gravy! Enjoy your day my friends all the best 👍🏻

It's always relaxing to visit with you for the Sunday shave. And to see what Mrs. H has come up with to brighten your video introduction. My SOTD wasTOBS Lime Zest (face lathered) using the Rockwell 6S/R4 with a Nacet (1st use). Post-shave was the usual alum and witch hazel followed by Dove Men+Care Ultra Hydra Cream and Adidas Dynamic Pulse after shave. Enjoy your MOTD and have a great week ahead.

SOTD was Eastwood shave soap, Henson razor, Personna blade, lavender WH, Avon Wild Country aftershave, Nivea balm. Excellent results!😊 The arrangement is topnotch, as usual. Mrs. H is on top of her game!

Today i tried an aggressive Razor/Blade combo, that i've never tried before... My shave of the day was: Muhle R41 GS, Feather (2nd use) DE Blade, KenSurfs shaving brush, PAA Preshave Cube, Dovo Berlin Barber shave soap, 2 passes, few pick-ups, Using the Alum block after, only gave a few tingles around my Adams apple, Thayers Unscented witch hazel, Reuzel Aftershave, Nivea Sensitive Aftershave Balm. And all went very well 🙂

Love that brush and the razor...I'll post my copy razor and other things soon...always good sound on this razor...I want to try the Spanish soap. Watching this video at 11pm US, looking forward to the comments on the blades. Nice tip on the bowl, my collect there has been slow but found 2 new shave bowls. this razor reminds me of the Merkur Vision & I think a suture kit should come standard with every purchase of that razor *SOTD* bump patrol pre shave oil (only because I was chasing a 3 pass BBS) parker 99r shark blade (6th use, it did pretty well) Tabac shave foam thayers rose petal witch hazel cremo cooling post shave balm creed viking cologne (great summer scent)

You have to be daring and have a good pulse to shave with the Merkur Futur at number 6. I have the Futur, I always shave with number 3 or number 4 and I have sometimes noticed its aggressiveness. Maybe one day I'll try the number 6. 😁😉

SOTD was The Art of Shaving sandalwood cream, my Paul H brush, Rockwell 6S #4 plate with a fifth use Permasharp blade. Aftershave was TOBS sandalwood and Proraso Red Balm. A great close shave!

Nice one Paul, I have the Futur too I find a very nice shave, but my friend can’t stand his and is thinking about selling his. Todays dinner was a lump of pork cooked on the Weber bbq in the greenhouse and under the pork a tray of roasted potatoes just letting the pork fat drip on the potatoes. Then the pork sandwiches with stuffing, apple sauce, on two big bread cakes loads of crackling 😂 absolutely fantastic. Have a good week Atb Paul

La Toja stick has been recently reformulated btw, now it produces more creamy lather but still Lea is better stick in terms of lather quality (recently reformulated as well).

Very nice shave and lovely flowers from mrs h. I really need to get that razor. I been wet shaving for bout 5yrs now. And im finding i like a more aggressive shave then i used to. When i use my rockwell, its always on the 5 or 6 plate. Same with my other adjustable razor, always towards the higher settings. What are some of the more aggressive blades you like? Ive used feathers, but i have to say, i didnt care for them. Have a great sunday 🍺

HERE IS AN EASY WAY TO DO IT MY FRIENDs Do any Pucks or bar Soaps out there? You can mix and match old Soaps? to fit in any Mugs or Cups? Like (Mitchells' Wool Fat or Arko Sticks. Just to name a few of them?) Cut the bar soap up on a paper plate, pour the soap, shavings and chunks from your plate into a mug, cover the soap with a small amount of water, microwave your soap and cups or mugs? put your paper plate under your cup in case it bubbles out of your cup? for a minute or so? If it foams up, STOP. The water keeps it from burning itself up. (DON'T OVER WATER YOUR SOAP??) Easy, does it? Let cool don't want to Crack the Mugs or Cups you're using? (You just want it to Congeal in your Mug or Cup') it is very hot and watery'''''. let it cool in PLACE'. after it cools, put it in a Sunny Window, until the Soap hardens? When using your soaps, use Dry Brush Less Water. It thickens the soap, making it easier to use on your face. (You can use any Hard Soaps You like??)
