I've had mine for a while now, been in the same spot on the wall in my bedroom. After a power outage it no longer was synced, I removed the device and have been trying to re-add the camera. Reset it , etc and it will get to the setup and make a noise and the red flashing light becomes blue flashing light - then it can't add device and it stops there. It's near the router, on 2.4 Ghz wifi with proper security settings, restarted router even , nada. Idk why it won't add. QR mode, easy mode, all does the same thing. Wahh I don't know if I've missed any other troubleshooting methods, I know it's pretty straightforward..

so the device does not capture when motion is detected and record a clip like how alro cameras work. It continuously records and sets a marker where there was motion and you have to move to that section to watch?

We actually just used the motion detection the other weekend. It sends a notification to the phone and when you open the notification it shows what happened. Seemed to work ok

Curious about the notifications when using a SD card Are you able to click on the motion detection notification/alert and have it directly play the clip where the activity was detected? Or do you have to sort through the recorded video to find the time of the event? Thanks!

The cords need to be used all the time. These can't be charged. And I haven't seen their flood light camera yet. But I'd be interested in checking it out.
