The "plastic um, I don't know what they call them" in the beginning (wall anchors) had me scratching my head but "little metal stick" had me laughing! Way to keep it light!

SO the plastic things that are with the screws are called ANCHORS the metal stick is called a allen wrench and it goes into a SCREW is what it is called and the other side of the STICK (allen Wrench) that is the top of it. the little cord is called the POWER ADAPTER You are going to have to connect each side of the POWER ADAPTER and dont say HELL you can get in trouble but great job though otherwise this is a really good review :) and it is not called geni it is called geeni like you rub the lamp and then the magician comes out to make srue that you are going to get your three wishes. This was a good review Also if I were you I would make sure I would move the camera to be in the corner of the walls to make sure that it gets the most coverage that you can possibly get because when it is in the middle of the wall it will not cover as much as if it was in the corner because it is about a 90° lens so otherwise it was a really good video just try to be more professional but otherwise as an excellent video especially better than I probably would have done.

Their is a little black rubber part on the back of the camera you have to open up and you will see a little white button and you hold that white button for 5 to 6 seconds to reset the Camera.

I want to use this for monitoring deer behind my house and knowing when they are close so I dont spook them. I hunt about 100 feet from my back door and having issues with moisture in trail cameras. Only need about 50 feet to have full view of plot so I assume the distance is clear. I get full range 2.4 and 5g wifi in my stands so I think that is a benefit. Could I use a volt battery for power?

Does the motion detector activate the recording process? I have been searching everywhere but I cannot find anything about it. My mother is having issues with a lot of kids doing ring-and-run several times per day, so having motionsensor recordings is essential, or else we would miss them before we would be able to pull up our phones. The specs only says that the motiondetector sends you a message when someone is nearby, not that it starts recording. Considering to purchase this product on Monday, if it does what i need it to do.

if you have the black mercury cam, open the rubber seal for the microSD card note, you will see the word RESET embossed near there. once open, power on if not already, and press the white button, hold for 5 sec, then release. Wait a minute or two... you may hear the tone and then the light blinking as the instruction says then when QR code appear, mov cam in and out and even angle the cam15 degrees while you are doing this. Move slowly if you have a slow upload, in the event the process sends info back to their company server to connect to your account you likely set up prior. good luck... it is a confusing process. Competitor, Blink, seems to allow WiFi change more easily... but a tad more cost..
