I just love The respect that people of other countries have for all of us musicians. If you look At most American made videos. weather made from a public video or from a commercial Videographer, they never seem to be able to Video the entire groupl, but focus only on their favorite instrument.. Usually guitar and usually singer But they usually leave out the drummer and leave out the bass player. But in this case the Japanese truly loved us and wanted to highlight our performance. For that I truly appreciate .

I love his Jerry tie dye. Japanese audience seems very respectful of the music. also very happy audience. Merl's organ playing is awesome, along with all the players,

Awesome!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I was telling someone this summer how wonderful this was but I couldnt find it on the net anywhere. Luckily I had a dusty old vhs tape from back in the day and still have a dusty old vcr so I was able to upload it! Always Grateful! :) Cheers!

Miss that a whole bunch check out Tony Saunders his son is makin beautiful jazz playing bass Merle is the reason i wanted to slap on a B-3 and ultimately why I play keyboards now and Michael Warren is the reason I said well I wanna play bass too but if I could just touch these keys with a guy like that it might work out so much fun

just watched this for the first time. i always loved Merle so finding this is like finding gold. what great covers of Sugaree and Fire on the mountain. i had no idea that the rainforest band played Japan. Wheres Danko? i saw his name on the credits
