Managing 2 characters in Gloomhaven would fuse my brain. I tend to get analysis paralysis when I have to select cards for just 1. Beside that, great list.

Once you've learned many of the cards, it doesn't take too long, especially since most of what you need to look at is symbology. I find it worth the extra time personally to mitigate the luck and with how it helps to build synergy, but perfectly understand how some would prefer to skip drafting to speed up the game.
