Nah some of us is well versed in hair care and know better than to do what she did with her hair. That said you don't have to have long hair which is not synonymous with healthy hair to know how to care for hair properly. A lot of what this woman did with her doesn't entail healthy hair long term.

Everybody in the comments saying she’s doing a bunch of things wrong with her hair but tbh i think the real problem is that she don’t love her hair. Girl, as a stylist your hair will not revert back to normal, once hair is damaged it is damaged, there is no reversing it. You can use product to prevent further damage from happening and to conceal the damage that has occurred, but nothing reverses damage. You should honestly go for a good trim and get the damaged pieces to even up with the healthier parts of your hair by getting them cut shorter so they appear the same length. Other than that your hair is beautiful and you're a pretty girl, so not trying to be rude or anything, just letting you know for future reference.
