Gina. I take my Washi tape and rub or put it on my shirt. It takes away just a bit of the tack and you don't have to worry so much about the tape ripping your paper or taking some of it off. Love this card!!
@irenedavo37685 жыл бұрын
Liane Albert good idea or reuse same piece many times?
@lianealbert77285 жыл бұрын
Irene Davo it doesn't last that long but yes, you can get a few uses. But definitely, putting it on your shirt and then pulling it off takes enough tack away.

If the border around the scene gets smeared with the ink from the scrubber, you could put another frame over it and the problem would disappear. That would look nice, as well. Love this scene, Gina. It feels wintry. Can't wait for my kit to arrive!!!

Lovely idea thanks, but a tip it’s not necessary to use anti static pads a guy who sold only embossing powders told me once he went to the factory where it was made and they said they didn’t use anything antistatic, I therefore never use one and it always just sticks to the ink

I do enjoy your videos but I do so wish that you wouldn't "GRAB" every item you use! It's such an ugly word and you are simply not 'grabbing' these tools, you are 'using' them or 'picking up' various items! Sorry for nit-picking but it drives me mad!
@Happybidr7 жыл бұрын
You give too much extraneous info in your videos. Here’s an example: Telling us we could use another kind of cutting machine? We aren’t stupid. Who doesn’t know that? And that whole thing about I thought it was turquoise but it’s actually ocean mist, I said turquoise but it’s ocean mist. You see, any instructional designer will tell you that it is possible to give too much information such that the learner will is the key points over the din of constant, unnecessary noise. WH spend time showing us each product you’re using (except you’re trying to get us to buy your stuff but since you’re about to use those items there’s no need to spend all that time telling us what you could just put in the video notes). It’s exhausting and even painful listening to your explanations and I want to keep watching but I struggle with this. I want small business owners like you to succeed and these videos are often the weakest link in the effort.
@UnderstandBlue7 жыл бұрын
I looked for your instructional videos so that I could see how your execution differed from Gina's beautiful, professional video, but I didn't see any. Puzzling. I pray that you find a source of joy in your life that allows you the freedom and peace to skip something you dislike without feeling the need to be critical or unkind to generous people who share what they know freely. If you really DO want people like Gina to succeed - try kindness. If kindness doesn't work for you - silence is just as good. Also - here's an instructional video that you might enjoy more than this "exhausting" tutorial from Gina - I think it's very well done and there's a ton of useful information in there: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2HPfnp5Yteghc0
