Whitney Houston was a very controlled singer but people who try to match her usually have no control and those raised around singing (especially opera) can easily tell the difference. You see it a lot with singing show competitions

Great reaction. Martha’s voice has really progressed to upper tier. Of course, Lucy is in the stratosphere (not just the notes she hit here) and is probably the best singer in the world now.

Lucy is just another o w of those once in a lifetime vocalist. It’s a crime to call her a singer. She is a true vocalist. Martha, my goodness she is coming into her own. But the both of them together and being sister that harmonize better than anyone else is just awesome.

Top guy Cliff! 👍 I really like that you always stress to go watch the original artist and you link the song in your description. You always point out to support the singer before yourself. Many others don’t even have any links to the songs they use, nor even a tag, which really annoys me. So thanks for the good and correct support to Lucy and the artists you promote. We don’t need to be vocal coaches, all we need is ears to listen that and enjoy, and soak up such wonderful singing. Spectacular heavenly harmonies giving me the chills. One thing you very rarely hear about are the people behind the scenes, the voice coaches, the makeup artists, the professionals who pick the songs that Lucy sings. Lucy no doubt has put in thousands of hours learning how to sing, Lucy has all the tools, but she had to learn how to use them properly. I am sure Lucy has the best people in the business, her family got the best people they could find, because knew, they have a prodigy, and a super star in the making.

Lucy Thomas washes everyone out, she is simply the best. The other girl is her younger sister Martha who has only just turned 14 years old, and who is right on Lucy's heels as far as singing goes. Check them out on Lucy's channel, there are over 50 solo performances from Lucy and 7 or 8 of the two together. You won't regret it.
