It was wild to see so much of Vítor's style (according to the reports) evident on the pitch: the aggression whilst possessing (direct long balls as well as quick passing), the defensive shape (even though we had our scary moments), the back line actively looking for opportunities to send long diagonals and switch the play, asking the keeper to snuff out attacks and stop shots more than deciding how to build up play, and the box-to-box efforts from Rodrigo, João, Nelson, and even Santi. If Uncle Jorge and Santa Shi bring in a starter + depth for the back line we might just find safety before the ground thaws.

I was surprised Gomes and Guedes had their second start all of this season (according to the television). I mean....Gomes is a young guy, but Guedes? Guedes is an amazing player. Had an injury or two, but he has more than enough quality to play for Wolves.
