I used to have a commander deck with kodama of the east tree in the command zone. It needed kodama, something that landfall made tokens, and something that drew cards when i landfalled for it to go off. Was usually like 3 cards and ~14 mana. Then they printed nadu and she basically does all that for 3 mana lol

I think the worst part about nadu is just how boring it is. it’s a combo win that’s seldom 100% guaranteed, so you have to slog through potentially dozens of game actions for a non-determinant outcome. it’s just boring as all hell.

I think a lot of people should scoop to Nadu quicker tbh, same way people do with Mystic Forge Combo. Normally I'll scoop to Nadu once they show me answers to my ways out, like Forces etc
