I can't tell you the number of times I've read this book throughout my life (I'm 45 now & it's in the hundreds if not more!), it's been my favourite Studio Ghibli film forever, I've always thought the soundtrack is beautiful, now to have heard it performed so lovingly by you & Taylor... Mia and Taylor are both so beautiful and talented that this video seems at first like a cheap sexist attempt at making two beautiful and talented violinists oppose each other. However, by the end of the composition, it is obvious that they have come together to create a work that is absolutely beautiful and is only complete when both artists come together and add their own unique spin to the piece. Just lovely!
