Dry or gravy ...doesn't matter. Bhindi should first be fried(like paneer) only then it should be cooked. That gives the best taste.

We make Bhindi with tenga(sour) flavour. Veg way or Non veg (Fish) way Dried indian jujube is smashed into powder form and cooked with bhindi. We call it "Bhendi Tenga".. Its sour in flavor.
