My light is turning on randomly at night, disturbs sleep, its super annoying, what can I do about it? Sometimes the fan turns off too. I have the switch on all the time, i use remote to turn on or off

It's possible the receiver in the ceiling is faulty. Similar problem to the one I had. I would suggest calling customer service

I had the exact same issue with this fan. i replaced the receiver and it still turned on by itself. I assumed i had ghosts.
