Most Departments get more than five complaints a Month. If they have so few it is because they intimidate anyone who wants to complain into not complaining or withdrawing the complaints it they are submitted. All complaints about Mesa Police activity should be submitted to the local DA, The Sheriff, the State AG, and the US department of justice . A Federal filing for every complaint will get many of them dismissed but a real count of the total will then be available.

Have auditors pulled thier resources to bring about change, beyond videoing the police. I have heard some auditors say they millions of views. I would venture to say that some auditors have police, attorneys, public servants, and voters, just to name a few, following and supporting what auditors are doing. I truly believe, that effectively utilizing these people, can bring about quick and more effective changes to the existing system. Unfortunately, the right person needs to step up. I mention this, because I admire what you do and how you do it, and believe you could be an effective leader. Not sure if you ever thought about this, but just food for thought. A month ago Mesa SWAT came to my apartments for a domestic violence to extract a 50 year old woman (the offender) had us all awake in the middle of the night. Here is the best part they backed out and left without resolving anything and left her there.

Did it happen in the parking lot of that hotel? Then they taped off their cars about 300 ft away from where the trespassing happened. So none of the tap preserves any crime scene.

I would say the solution is for people to defend themselves against the tyrants. That is the duty we, as a nation of people, have been charged with by our ancestors. Tyranny prevails when good people do nothing. If it takes putting tyrants in boxes, then so be it.

I'm an arizonan living an hour north of Phoenix in Prescott valley, this city is growing and there are 3 times as many officers as there used to be, leaving a lot of bored tyrants rolling 3 deep for a routine traffic stop. Have not had problems personally but it's getting worse
