There's a mistake- after the first round of replication, conservative was ruled out, because conservative replication would not produce an intermediate strand... it would be light or intermediate, never heavy. The second round of testing was needed to distinguish between semiC and disp. models. Then it was discovered that only two gradients ever appeared; the medium and light. Dispersion would have multiple variants present based on its more random nature.

Sir... I loved your explanation and the way you cleared each and every doubt of mine but in books , Google and chat gpt it is mentioned the the ¹⁵N used by meselson and Stahl was not radio active but a isotope of Nitrogen which is generally used in laboratory ... May be I am wrong but Thank you so much sir for this great explanation no one can explain like you to such complex topics Thank you sir🙏🏻
