Thank you! I couldn't find that menu item to save my life... The menus in Meshlab are pure insanity.

Thank you for this tutorial, it is very helpful! I wanted to ask you is it possible to determine specific angles on a 3D model using Meshlab? because i can't seem to find this information anywhere

What a helpful video! When I press 'control H ' on my iMac the programme closes - I was trying to view the model that had been made 3000 times bigger by the scaling factor. Is control H a mac instruction or PC - what is the mac equivalent. Keep up the good work! Jonathan

Can you rotate the model while measuring? The only clean surfaces i have to measure between cant be seen using the same camera angle, thus I cannot measure the distance

Thank you for your effort. I would like to know if we can make a best fit plan to measure from it?

Hi! Can you use XYZ-coördinates from certain points to scale a model to real life measurements?
@descent82754 жыл бұрын
just make sure you make a . (DOT) in the scaling number. not a , (comma) the object just disappers when using a comma. never to be found again! happend to me since I use the german QWERTZ keyboard.

Before getting the scale factor, should not the model be in orthographic view?
@sitzsack211 жыл бұрын
That was truely easy;) Can you already say when your next upload on scaling will be? There is no way of scaling without real-world measurements, right?
