This just proves how ahead of their time meshuggah was. If you made a modern metal fan listen to this without knowing knowing meshuggah, they would think its just another mathy/djent band. Amazing work! Love the modern sound to this classic!

Sounds like meshuggah released it 2050 and send it to you back in time😅 Insane sound, great job👍👍

The tangent of emotion from which Meshuggah starts this album is something that requires a lot of imagination. This video is a lot simplified version of their music (in my opinion), Concatenation sounds totally different in the actual album.

Amazing quality! BTW as I'm listening I can hear that you've made some very interesting changes to certain parts, it's fun to listen to these songs in a different perspective such as this. Great stuff!

this is really awesome gnarly great work, it really showcases the original material in a good way. Giving us that tone that we've developed into 'the sound' of the recent guitar era. Something they pioneering back when they wrote it. But that makes it so much more crazy that they did! Devin Townsend said it in his album deconstruction: we all rip off Meshuggah!

This actually sounds better than the CD, mixing and mastering wise. They should really release a remastered version.

Man, the feel of almost every track here defeats the purpose of calling this “CHAOSphere”. Guitar tone sounds too digital, and that snare at a relatively constant 127 velocity just ain’t it, man. I bet it was fun recording this though.
@ExileTX Жыл бұрын
it holds its worth. Corridor sucked, but the rest made it solid. Why would he make it sound like the original if he could fuck with it.
@shaeorsuch11 ай бұрын
I mean, there's still the original. This isn't replacing it, just another take on it. Both hold up for me for different reasons.
