Great video! The only issue I have is the lights won't turn off! They are always on and I cant get them to shut off even with the rocker button.

Dome light was a breeze, so were the map lights...great video. Only problem I ran into is the map light harness won't go far enough into the console socket. Trying to get tech help now...

Update: Meso support replied to my request for help, and sent a replacement harness that snapped right into the console as expected. Well done Trevor at Meso!

2 questions. 1: why not just drill from the backside and skip the t20 screw removal? Having both pieces still together will ensure that the holes are aligned for wire routing. 2: does the wire harness disable the OEM lights or are they just shining under the new Meso lights?

I wish you could use the old light covers or if they came with their own covers for the diodes. I hate the cheap look of them being exposed.

Hey is there a way to make the map lights dim like the normal lights do when they come on and off? The dome lights that I installed seem to do this but not the map lights.. besides that they are working great! Thanks 🙏🏻

So the stock bulbs for the map light will still be on behind the new one when in use? Or does that wiring kit bypass stock bulbs from turning on?

Just installed these. Had to see if the original lights stay on with new MESO lights. They do. Hoping nothing happens to the meso motherboard as the original lights will be on the same time as the meso one.

@@suzay21OEM lights are meant to stay on behind the new ones. Thats how the MESO ultimates were designed to activate and turn on.(Replicating the factory interior light settings)😁
