Hi Coco Boy, I've being watching you for a few days now. I must say the Uganda people know the history and culture very well. Learning about the trees and what they are used for is very edifying. This one got me! Well done my Ugandans brothers and sisters! Africa is truly the root of civilization. Coco boy your videos in Uganda are a learning platform. ❤🙏

That's not catfish, Nsonzi is eels in English. Catfish is called "Sumutundu" in Luganda" and its very big. The other catfish species we have is known as "Male". 😚 Make sure you taste Mamba fish. It way much better than Nile perch

Do they only have fresh water fish. Do they eat fish from the ocean at all. they have introduced tilapia in our country a few years ago with another fish called Whiting. It is amazing to watch these men at work they are so intelligent but in general people believe they are stupid, they they are not intelligent but as you can see first hand there is a pool of intelligencia. In Miami Florida where I was in school my aunt bought this fish and asked me to cook it. I did but I never did anymore because it was slimy and I think it had no flavour. I can tell you that the first young lady I met from Africa and she became my best friend in Paris was from Uganda and guess what Her father was a doctor and he sent most of his children out because there was trouble in the country at the time, because of Idi Amin. Her father was the brother of the king of the Buganda. Kingdom, King Mutesa . She was a Sengendo unfortunately I learned of her passing in Paris last year. Very sad.

Uganda is landlocked meaning it doesn't have access to the sea the only way to the sea would be through Kenya or Tanzania.Since it's landlocked it doesn't have sea food but fresh lake fish from lake Victoria which is shared between Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania
@adelaosterloh68 Жыл бұрын
Thank you James for reminding me. I miss my best friend Juliette Sengendo who passed away in Paris where she lived since winter 1974 when she had to flee UGANDA because of the conflict at the time her father shipped most of them out of the country basically with the clothes on her back. That is when I was a student at Alliance Francaise in Paris. I knew nothing about Africa and Juliette told me so much about her country . Eventually we both got au pair jobs but I think it was fun for us all when she landed a little job at the Embassy of Uganda. I was so happy because she was now better connected with her people. I then learned so much about Africa. She passed away last year unfortunately in Paris. Rest in Peace Juliette God knows best.
