Please share with your grandparents, parents, family, and friends that predominately speak and understand our Dine' language. Does that mean Indians consider that their Great Spirit created them with faults but they have figured out ways to correct those boo boos? What do you take for high blood pressure? And what about anxiety? I am a single full time parent of a 10 year old daughter. I also work full time but I’m not offered insurance through my work. Can’t afford it through the network

do some exercise, eat some fuits and honey not sugar, avoid coffe n shits. just relax sometime and I don't know, take life less seriously, i have anxiety since i can remember and doing this things helped me, just move ur body is energy u need to let go
