I had a spontaneous kundalini awaking. It was something I can’t even explain in words. I will say, it was brutal, I didn’t know what was happening however two years later I now understand. I don’t understand the infatuation with trying to induce something that is supposed to come natural. All the great teachers have noted it’s a gift, and I can attest it is powerful. There are negative side effects mentally emotionally and physically. I have read of people meditating for years to achieve it/ awaken it without success. I believe it has become something different for main stream media. Almost like buying new yoga pants. And trust me it is far from that type of experience, and should not be spoken of or sought after lightly. Trust me when I say it was an experience that takes time to work though and with iall that comes it doesn’t just happen and goes away in a day or two… My understanding is you cannot induce it, you will be chosen or not. We are all very powerful as we are, that is what needs to be focused on. Forsay.

I think the warning about Kundalini is that it can overwhelm people. Not everyone has had a happy life, and it can bring a lot of stuff up that they may not be prepared to face. I had a moment like Jodie Foster in Silence of the Lambs when she realized she was in the killer's home without backup.

Knowing more about my North Node ( in Leo and Aries MC) with a Pisces sun, Cancer rising and Saggie moon, has helped put things into perspective. I was never allowed to ask for my needs to be met nor could I speak up at home. I came from the Era of children should be seen but not heard and I really took that to heart. Unraveling all this taught behavior takes years to rebalance and years to recognize patterns. Sometimes, I become completely frozen and in shock from the experiences I've dealt with and that reinforces that voice in my mind to stay small or hidden which doesn't feel right either. I had my aura and chakras read on Sunday and my 3rd eye is working very hard, while my sacral and solar plexus are depleted. I have been channeling so much that I can’t sort it all out.
