@Danmin Zhang Well, in my school we learned inequations along with equations. They're solved basically the same way as equations. There are also other variations which use "less or equal" and "more or equal". We learned it all in the same unit. The only thing that's different between them is the sign, you feel me?

There was another way of correcting it was just pick the matchstick of plus sing it will become minus the put the matchstick on the opening side of Six and it will become 8-4=4/ 6+4=4 turns into 8-4=4

In the riddle (6+4=9) I found another way to solve it: You have to remove the vertical stick in the +, and then put it on the = to make it. (6-4≠9)
