Talking to God gives me ease n peace, a feeling of restfulness liberating my mind . Honestly I have never been very religious person n whatsoever lil religious person I was, gave me nothing. Turned to spirituality n so many gurus so many different practices so much expensive spiritual camps n ashrams really gained nothing much other then I got some idea by reading different books how life works karma life after death soul family n incarceration n all that stuff gave me some clarity n feeling of acceptance about how life is moving on . But talking to God giving me freedom n a kind of peace ! True this book is not for everyone specially not for those who are very rigid to their beliefs system !

He is telling that after following all your religious practices, after following all your spiritual practices, if you still have pain and suffering, try talking to the healing card/ book. Let's not judge by listening initial few minutes, listen till the end before coming to a conclusion.
