Guess who they picked? All 3 of them picked Messi over Ronaldo. I think this says alot. Further more, I asked them to comment how they see the two players. All of them again said, "The smaller guy can do everything by himself". "He's small but looks stronger than the bigger guy". "The bigger guy can only score, no passing to friends, no dribbling with 4 players like the smaller guy". Messi is just incomparable.

Maldini didn't prove himself outside of Italy and you know what? He is still known as the GOAT defender. Being loyal to a club is MUCH HARDER than being a mercenary my friend, especially when times were as tough as they were at Barcelona Messi still wanted to stick with them. He could have moved to Real Madrid, PSG, Manchester City, Liverpool, United etc and all of those teams are much more stable than what Barcelona has come. Loyalty like that is rarely seen, Gerrard, Lampard, Giggs, Buffon, Baresi and Maldini stuck with their teams through thick and thin and aren't shit on for not having changed teams and leagues a whole bunch. Its harder to be loyal than to jump from club to club whenever you get frustrated with your current club.

As for me the two are incomparable, Messi he is genius, his agility and strength plus his personality. The man doesn't fake injuries when touched but continues playing while sitting down unlike what we see others do. On top of that he is more concerned about the team and not personal gain and praise.
