I love this. I am a Jewish believer who grew up orthodox but after diagnosis of MS, God brought a Jewish women in my life who is a believer. She is the one who introduced me to Jesus In Isaiah 53! What a day for me. I looked at the Chumash at my shut and that chapter was nowhere. But God used my friend to show me. I even asked my then Rabbi why aren’t our people shown this and he had no answer. I told him it’s NOT about Israel but Jesus!! That was 1989. Pray for my unsaved family.

I love to hear the scripture studied from the Jewish perspective. I did fall in love with the Old Testament stories. From creation onward. Abraham Issac and Jacob. I fell in love with the Jewish people and Gods devotion to them. I understood the reason to keep the bloodline pure, for the Messiahs sake. God, Yeshua, the Holy Spirit are all so awesome, so fascinating. I am a gentile. Thankful to be grafted in. I have had the Lord with me since I was a young child. My Jesus , Yeshua is my companion who gives me confidence to be in this world. I am never alone. Counsels me in all decisions If I seek Him. He helps me understand how to love the unlovable, to forgive when it's truely hard to let go of the hurt, because He heals the heart. His Word is life, a true living word. This is so good, so eye-opening!❤ I'm amazed to hear how God in His grace preserved Israel over so many generations, the people I'm talking about. When I was a missionary in Mexico, I was way down in Oaxaca, and by a God appointment❤, I ran into 2 younger Israeli women who were traveling. The Holy Spirit was so present and I kept asking them questions about Israel which they seemed very surprised why a Christian would be interested in them. Anyhow then it came out of me, "What do you do if you sin? How are you forgiven?"(With no temple.) They looked at each other and said they didn't know, that there's no way. I could tell they were very cautious of me sharing the gospel with them, but I did get to say something about Jesus proclaiming He is the Messiah. I had a copy of the book, "More than a Carpenter" by Josh McDowell with me and I gave it to them and told them it was so good to read. I'm not sure what ever happened to them, but I often pray for them that they'll be saved. Thank you for all you are doing, I thank God for what He's doing through you all.❤❤❤🤗👍

I would like to bring to your attention the statement that Yeshua was the only one in the Bible to heal leprosy. I heard brief mention of Na’aman. I checked this in 2 Kings 5, and indeed Elisha cured Na’aman’s leprosy…. I think this entire chapter deserves our consideration…. Only the truth shall set us free!

Shalom.....the Lord put the Jewish people on my heart in 1976 when I was born-again...that love He gave me for them has never left......in fact I may be part Jewish myself... But my heart is right there! Thank you for sharing about O.T. verses on the authority of the Messiah....we have shared some verses at church Women's Bible Study in the O.T., but tend to turn to the N.T. to prove everything....We have one Completed Jewish young woman who is born-again. and she has brought a family member to a number of Bible studies, and we studied Leviticus , Romans, and others while she was still coming...please pray for her....not naming names....knowing you will understand....the Jewish woman that is born-again definitely looks up O.T. I know those things as well and hope with all my heart you will look at the doctrines within the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS as we believe the same things!!!
