I’m 14 and I’ve nearly fully recovered and I can tell you I wouldn’t trade the ed for a single one of the memories I’ve made, relationships I’ve built with my friends and the things I’ve been able to do ❤ Anyone reading you are beautiful and make this world way better, take care of ur health and the environment! There’s just so many things to do, people to meet also, reach ur inner child’s dreams❤❤:) Recovery is the best choice for everyone, you too 💞

I hope you know that a resting metabolic rate automatically will typically consume over 1200 calories a day, so your diet of under 1200 calories isn't really going to do anything except leave you hungry, and tank your metabolism! I really hope you're doing okay because this probably wont be very sustainable for you and I really hope that you can feel a bit better!! If you're really anxious about eating you could try eating high protein foods because they fill you up better! But remember high calorie count doesn't necessarily mean it's bad for you (e.g peanut butter and nuts are really good for you! and avocado! full of *healthy* fats that boost ur metabolism, but kinda high in calories compared to, say, iceberg lettuce. But iceberg lettuce has like noooo nutrients so really those high calorie foods are good!) and your body needs carbs too! It might be hard but it might really help, letting yourself have a bit more food and being less restrictive!! trust me it really helped me (im 17 and upping my intake from like 1200 to 1350 actually has been really awesome and i've made lots of progress, trust!!!)

So this is called an ED- Like you are not getting any of the nutritions or vitamins you need in a day- Only a couple of days were somewhat healthy but even those days were not getting you the nutritions and vitamins you need to stay alive. Please seek help because this will ruin your metabolism and quite literally makes you malnourished if you continue. The only reason you are still able to do these activities is due to the amount of sugars and unhealthy fats you eat. A woman needs to eat between 1500-2000kcal and a man needs between 2000-2500kcal a day

babe this is what ED's are why'd you watch it if you was just gonna hate literally killed the vibe ;-;
@nini24884 ай бұрын
@@emberdusk1121 Saying ED's are a vibe is disturbing. And i know this is what ED's are, i literally have had an ED for years and still am going through it. Its also not hate but showing concern instead of ignoring it and saying "omg so fun to watch" like a brainless idi0t wich continues supporting it and ignoring that its an issue that kills millions of people a year. ED's arent fun, trendy or something you do just because its a "vibe". Its literally not.
@emberdusk11214 ай бұрын
@@nini2488 lmao im sorry my mental issues are annoying to you?? you say you're not hating but you're still calling us idiots (and why did you censor idiot lmfaoo) for wanting to find someone to relate to. I never said that ED's are "fun" or "trendy", never even said they were a vibe. I meant the video was, and the comments. Learn the difference darling. ED's are not fun. I know because i've been dealing with one for quite a long time, so i know first-hand how horrible it is. And don't throw out random facts that aren't even true. Millions of people do not die from ED's every year. That is just not true, so stick it back up your a$$. I'd recommend you stay away from things you don't understand. if you dont like it, dont watch it. it's really that simple.
@maiaredi4 ай бұрын
definitely agree- tho i will add that its often needed to eat more than 1500-2000kcal as a female or 2000-2500kcals as a male. it all depends on an individuals BMR- basal metabolic rate- which takes in account weight, height, sex, age, and activity level. for example, I am 5'3" and 120lbs (160cm, 54.4kg), but I have an active job and do powerlifting so I eat around 2000-2500 kcals per day to maintain my weight ^_^

@@emberdusk1121 did she every say your mental health issues are 'annoying'? also, downplaying the danger EDs present is not a good look at all. anorexia has the highest mortality rate of any psychiatric disorder, so any space that encourages it or triggers those trying to recover is not a 'vibe' at all.

Please be strong And yes, clearly anyone how IS Deep in their Ed can shame me beacouse I gained weigth but also I gained quality of life, great Friends, my beautifull thoughts and brain capacity, I gained enjoyment for my grandma's meals, for celebrations, I gained my hobbies back my writting passion, and now I am able of soo much more this IS a process and sometimes people in recovery feel soo down and I am trying to tell you that your content dosent help at all please from my heart I am begging you to think before you upliqd anything. @@tumenriver I get that but it’s the internet, and if there are young impressionable viewers then they aren’t being monitored correctly by their parents, it is not this person fault if someone clicks on the video knowing it’s a diet/wieiad based on the title when they are in recovery whether it says tw or not

A lot of people with eating disorders crave to share about it and find people with similar problems, because it is often a very lonely experience. It is always a dilemma of not risking triggering other people and trying to feel better yourself.
