Enrol him in that school for a start so that he can go to school with his neighbours and be safe. After the two terms runs out , you can evaluate to see if he can continue in the school or need a change. The school environment does not look good but they may be wonderful teachers there. Genius are mostly found in that kind of school, and as you can see Wisdom is a smart boy already. Thank you for all you do, and may the lord bless you abundantly. The building might not really matters but the quality of teaching though the teacher you met knows what she's doing but what of other teachers and what I like in the school is the fact that the partition of the classes is not done properly so look for another school for him that the bills will not be much.

As much as getting a better school is a good idea, please c9nsoder proximity to the house...if you can get a better one that is affordable it's fine. More so it's not just about the structure but the quality of their scheme...he can start here when he grows bigger say grade 4 he can have a change. Although it may be dicey because foundation matters. Bottom line is check their scheme of work if it good enough he can start here other wise I opt for another school 100%.
