The fact he says he regrets the moderation that saved lives, it's total capitulation. I didn't delete my account because I still used to connect with specific groups, but I cut my time spent there and my interactions. That's what FB wants from you: your time and attention. Just don't give it. Could you resist the urge to feed the trolls? It feeds from our rage. The more we respond, and fight, the more visibility to that content.
