Meta Quest 3 512GB: The game-changer

If you was buying a Meta Quest 3 , what version would you get? The 128gb ? or 512gb ?

As a gamer 512 for sure. But as an expressive avatar I like say vrchat I am looking at quest pro.

⁠​⁠@@TheVocalTune yeah you really got get 512gb if your a gamer. I’ve heard things about the pro. Like the pass through not being great ect. That’s why I got quest 3. The lite is coming out soon. See what that’s like first mate .

I had a quest 2 256, signed up for a 512quest 3 when it first came out, they kept delaying it so I just ended up with a 128. The 128 disk space fills up pretty quick if you have say, Asgards Wrath and Assassins creed. I traded the quest 2 and quest 3 128 for a quest 3 512 in the end, and don't regret it.

I'm a gamer but I could only afford the 128gb version. Ordered it yesterday(Saturday) and according to the email, it'll arrive on Thursday so I'm quite excited as well. I mainly bought it though for PCVR. My mate has the Quest 2 and says that Steamlink is amazing and works perfectly with no issues which is what I was hoping for.

@@Fpvfreaky now it’s just time for quality of life upgrades haha. first things i’d say are a new strap with battery life upgrade and hand straps. I have recommendations for both if you’d like me to send those over!

@@Unbaguettablefor gaming at the mo dude. But it’s got great potential. For designing things like that 3-D space . I’ve yet to look into it, but this is unreal mate it’s really is. You won’t regret buying one put it that way. don’t be frightened to jump in the Unknown. Trust me 🫶🏼

I got mine last week. Apparently Quest 3 is the only model that doesn't support lying down while using it and also panels do not follow you in passthrough mode which is annoying since I want to be able to do daily chores with it on. Guess I might have to save for an Apple Vision Pro

Mine works while laying down dude. Have you updated it.? There will be updates hopefully for panel screens to follow you. This is a good starting point for vr mate. But I think the apple vision is way over priced.
